Instruction for Authors
Advances in Chromosome Sciences is the official book of contents presented at the Asian Chromosome Colloquium.
It is published for every conference. After the meeting, the proceedings of the 3rd Asian Chromosome Colloquium will be published as the following book.
Submission of Manuscripts
It is recommended to send a MS Word file (doc or docx file) of the manuscript including tables and JPG file(s) of the figures by e-mail
to the following addresses:

The e-mail of receipt will be sent within a week from the Editor-in-Chief.

Form and Style
All manuscripts must be written in English, Times New Roman (point size, 10.5), and single-spaced on A4 (8.5" x 11") size paper
with 40mm margins on the top, 35mm margins on the bottom, and 20mm margins on the left and right.
All pages should be numbered consecutively, including References, Tables, and Figure Legends.
Manuscript should be organized in the following order: Title page, Abstract (Plenary lecture and Symposium speaker only),
Introduction, Main text, Acknowledgments (optional), References, Tables and Figure Legends.
Page 1 should contain the article title, names and addresses of all authors, short running title, followed by telephone
and fax numbers, and E-mail address, if any, of the corresponding author.
The article title must be limited to 85 characters or less including spaces. The article title should be bold.
Page 2 should contain the Abstract (approximately 200 words, Plenary lecture and Symposium speaker only),
in which brief informative summary and conclusion of the paper should be described.
Avoid using references in the Abstract. Besides the Abstract, 3 to 5 Keywords should be included for indexing purposes.
The text should start on page 3. Reviews or articles should be reports as follows:
Plenary lecture: Not exceed 6 pages (at least 2 pages or more)
Symposium: Not exceed 4 pages (at least 2 pages or more)
Workshop and Poster: Not exceed 2 pages or 1page, without abstract
Pages are including Main text, Acknowledgements (optional), References, Tables and Figure Legends.
Each table should be typed on a separate page and should include a title.
Each figure legend should be typed on a separate page.
The maximum allowable number of figures and/or tables is two.
References should be in the same style as for Regular Articles.

Figures
All Figures should be cited in the JPG file.
Figures (photographs, drawings, diagrams, and charts) should be numbered consecutively with arabic numerals.
Figures should be designed to fit into one (1800 pixcels wide and exceed 2500 pixcels hight) page.
When two or more figures are mounted together, they should be arranged 2-3 mm apart.
Each figure legend should be typed single-spaced on the MS Word file.
Color should be not used.
